SOSIALISASI BERBAGAI MACAM TEKNIK PERSALINAN NYAMAN PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MEKAR BARU

ABSTRAK

Persalinan adalah proses pergerakan keluar janin, plasenta dan membran melalui jalan lahir yang membutuhkan persiapan fisik, psikologis, finansial dam kultural. Dalam persalinan membutuhkan usaha total ibu secara fisik dan emosional. Karena itu, dukungan moril dan upaya untuk menimbulkan rasa nyaman bagi ibu bersalin sangatlah penting. Ibu mungkin berada dalam tempat persalinan dan kondisi yang berbeda-beda satu sama lain. Macam – macam persalinan nyaman dapat berupa teknik rebozo dan teknik birthing ball yang merupakan teknik atau metode non  farmakologi yang digunakan oleh tenaga kesehatan dalam membantu proses persalinan nyaman. Teknik rebozo bersifat tekhnik non-invasif, praktis yang dilakukan ketika ibu bersalin dalam posisi berdiri, berbaring atau posisi lutut dan kedua telapak tangan menyentuh lantai dengan bantuan kain panjang di daerah panggul sedangkan birthing ball merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu ibu mengatasi nyeri pada proses kehamilan dan persalinan yang dapat mempercepat proses kemajuan persalinan dan memperlebar panggul dengan bantuan bola. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi berbagai macam  macam teknik persalinan  yaman pada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dimulai dari tahap persiapan, sosialisasi dan tahap pelaksanaan mengenaik teknik rebozo dan teknik birthing ball. Hasil kegiatan pengabdiaan kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mekar baru kecamatan Tanjungpinang yang dihadiri sebanyak 15 orang didapatkan hasil evaluasi pre test rata – rata pengetahuan cukup sebesar 46% sedangkan setelah diberikan sosialisasi atau hasil post test didapatkan rata – rata sudah baik sebesar 86%. Disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang macam – macam teknik persalinan nyaman.

ABSTRACT

Childbirth is the process of movement of the fetus, placenta and membranes through the birth canal which requires physical, psychological, financial and cultural preparation. Childbirth requires the mother's total effort physically and emotionally. Therefore, moral support and efforts to create a sense of comfort for mothers giving birth are very important. Mothers may be in different birthing places and conditions. Types of comfortable childbirth include the rebozo technique and the birthing ball technique, which are non-pharmacological techniques or methods used by health workers to help with a comfortable birth process. The rebozo technique is a non-invasive, practical technique that is carried out when the mother gives birth in a standing, lying or kneeling position and both palms touch the floor with the help of a long cloth in the pelvic area, while the birthing ball is one way to help the mother overcome pain during the pregnancy process. and labor which can speed up the progress of labor and widen the pelvis with the help of a ball. The aim of this community service is to provide outreach on various types of Yemeni birth techniques to pregnant women. The method used in this service starts from the preparation, socialization and implementation stages regarding the rebozo technique and birthing ball technique. The results of community service activities carried out in the working area of the Mekar Baru Community Health Center, Tanjungpinang sub-district, which were attended by 15 people, showed that the pre-test evaluation results had an average of sufficient knowledge of 46%, while after being given socialization or post-test results, the average was good at 86%. %. It was concluded that there was an increase in maternal knowledge about various comfortable delivery techniques.
