ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PERSALINAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. C DI PRAKTIK MANDIRI BIDAN DUMASARI RAMBE TAHUN 2023

ABSTRAKKematian ibu masih menjadi masalah yang harus dihadapi di berbagai wilayah. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tanjungpinang, pada tahun 2019 jumlah AKI sebanyak 131 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2020 menjadi 107 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Salah satu upaya percepatan penurunan AKI adalah melakukan asuhan secara komprehensif pada ibu bersalin. Tujuan penelitian adalah memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu bersalin pada Ny. C di PMB Dumasari Rambe Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis melalui manajemen kebidanan. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah Ny. C umur 19 tahun G2P1A0 usia kehamilan 37 minggu. Cara pengumpulan data melalui anamnesa, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara data yang diperoleh dengan teori yang ada. Pada Kala 1 tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek baik dari kala I fase laten maupun fase aktif.  Kala II juga tidak ada kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek karna jarak dari pembukaan lengkap sampai keluarnya bayi adalah 20 menit dan masih dalam batas normal. Kala III juga tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek karna plasenta lahir lengkap setelah di berikan injeksi oksitosin 10 IU. Serta kala IV juga tidak terdapat kesenjangan antara teori dan praktek karna ibu tidak mengalami perdarahan yang abnormal dan uterus tidak lembek. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dilakukan asuhan kebidanan secara berkelanjutan pada Ny. C dan tidak ditemukan adanya penyulit. Saran penelitian, klien diharapkan bertambah pengetahuannya sehingga dapat mendeteksi dini penyulit dan segera ke fasilitas kesehatan agar meminimalkan resiko yang mungkin terjadi.Kata Kunci: Asuhan Kebidanan, Persalinan, Komprehensif 

ABSTRACK

Maternal mortality is still a problem that must be faced in various regions. Based on data obtained from the Tanjungpinang City Health Service, in 2019 the number of MMR was 131 per 100,000 live births and decreased in 2020 to 107 per 100,000 live births. One effort to accelerate the reduction of MMR is to provide comprehensive care for mothers giving birth. The aim of the research was to provide midwifery care to mothers giving birth to Mrs. C at PMB Dumasari Rambe in 2023. This research uses a descriptive observational method with a case study approach carried out by the author through midwifery management. The subject of this research was Mrs. C 19 years old G2P1A0 37 weeks gestation. Data collection methods are through anamnesis, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the data obtained with existing theory. In Stage 1 there is no gap between theory and practice from both stage I, the latent phase and the active phase. In the second stage there is also no gap between theory and practice because the distance from complete opening until the baby comes out is 20 minutes and is still within normal limits. In stage III there was also no gap between theory and practice because the placenta was born completely after being given an injection of 10 IU oxytocin. And in the fourth stage there is also no gap between theory and practice because the mother does not experience abnormal bleeding and the uterus is not soft. The conclusion from the results of this research is that continuous midwifery care has been provided for Mrs. C and no complications were found. Research suggests that clients are expected to increase their knowledge so that they can detect complications early and immediately go to a health facility to minimize possible risks.
