Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection and condyloma acuminata represent significant health issues, particularly among pregnant women. The presence of HPV DNA and condyloma acuminata in pregnant women poses management challenges due to potential impacts on maternal health, the course of labor, and the risk of vertical transmission to the neonate. This study aims to describe the management of pregnancy in a primigravida with positive HPV DNA and condyloma acuminata. It is a case report utilizing the SOAP approach to evaluate subjective and objective data, problem analysis, and interventions provided. The study findings indicate that Mrs. S (G1P0A0, late second trimester) was diagnosed with HPV positivity and a single, non-progressive, 1 cm condyloma acuminata lesion; she was asymptomatic. The mother's general condition was good, with vital signs and fetal heart rate within normal limits. Obstetric analysis indicated an uncomplicated pregnancy complicated by HPV infection and condyloma acuminata. Management was conservative, involving observation, education regarding HPV infection, vulvar hygiene, immune system support, and routine monitoring of lesion progression. A collaborative approach was employed to determine the delivery plan based on clinical indications. Evaluation results showed the lesion remained stable, with no increase in size or complications during the monitoring period. Conservative management proved effective in this case as the maternal and fetal conditions remained stable; however, continued monitoring is necessary to prevent complications during delivery. Routine monitoring can help prevent complications throughout the pregnancy.
